Put some miles both indoors and out this weekend. Can’t wait till next week when i’ll be in the mountians of Spain. Keep checking for some updates as Ill try to make some remote updates with pictures.

I awoke before dawn and put my cleats on….  met up with AS and Bradley Palmer and put in a speedy hilly route.  Ice was on the menu and it splayed me on the deck like a deer hit by a car.  AS was more sensible and skirted the issue.  Saw a buck pass before us; huffed up to the top of the grassy hill and greeted the sunrise on the frosty hilltop.  Better than coffee.
