Hurm… lots to catch up on.  GMSR was a blast.  Thanks go to Karen and Jim N for making the race super fun.  Then Topsfield was also great, Haverhill, and Bob Beal was super fun as well.  Got to race with Amos and Cirian; two hard men who tought me alot about racing.   Time now though to hang up the road bike and as Kerry Litka put it: "Road Racing seaon is complete.  You may now move on to cyclocross."  Went on a fantastic vacation to Martha’s Vineyard; got to visit with some family as my cousins were also on the island part of that week.  Great times catching up.  Ate a little too much but thats what vacations are for, no? 

Also got to do a few top secret cross practices held in an undisclosed location.  It was cool to see Canadian national champion and Olympian Lynn Bessette and National Champion Jesse Anthony there ripping it up.  Definately gets you psyched up.
